Realistic Pilates, is a modern approach to the form of body conditioning practised by Joseph Pilates some 80 years ago. The exercises are aimed at REAL people with REAL bodies, and will reawaken your awareness of better posture, and improve your coordination and flexibility… and as a result, have a better self-image. Our philosophy is based on the principle that LESS is MORE, with an emphasis on TEACHING the exercising, rather than just demonstrating. Small class sizes ensure that I, as the instructor, am able to focus on each of you as individuals within the class.
